Proverbs 31 Yoga Studio & Fitness Center was named after one of Janeika's favorite scriptures. The bible verse Proverbs 31 describes the Christian woman, the family woman, and the working mom. It says, "she is worth far more than rubies." As she strives to be more like this woman everyday, she has found that her personal passion for yoga has helped her become one step closer, and she wishes to share this passion with others.  At Proverbs 31 Yoga Studio & Fitness Center, the number one goal is that people walk out feeling better than they did when they walked in. Owner and founder, Janeika, has always had a desire to help others through assisting individuals with finding oneness with self. Janeika strives to give all of her clients unforgettable experiences as she pours her all into each class she teaches.
